What is Lonely Club?

Lonely Club is a free social network for people who feel alone. It has no algorithm, no ads, and no public metrics. Posts appear in chronological order. Private chat supports end-to-end encryption. Voice calls work peer-to-peer via WebRTC. The platform is available in Romanian, English, and French, and works as an installable Progressive Web App on Android and iOS.

How is Lonely Club different from other social networks?

Unlike Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter, Lonely Club has no algorithmic feed, no sponsored content, and no visible follower counts. Posts can be set as public, visible only to best friends, or completely private. The platform is designed specifically for people experiencing loneliness, not for mass audiences or social performance.

Who is Lonely Club for?

Lonely Club is for introverts, people going through difficult periods, and anyone tired of the noise of mainstream social media. It welcomes people who want to share authentic thoughts without judgment, find others who understand loneliness, ask for advice from people who have been through similar experiences, or simply be present in a quiet and supportive community.

Is Lonely Club free?

Yes. Lonely Club is completely free. There are no premium plans, no ads, and no hidden costs. It is currently in beta — meaning it is actively being developed and user feedback shapes its direction.
